We at Innotool & Greminger are extremely proud of our extensive experience in the production of high-precision mechanical products. Our expertise in this area was developed through the merging of two modern companies that came together to form the current company.

Precision is our History

1980

Greminger AG is founded in Affeltrangen in Thurgau. The company builds a reputation for providing the highest level of precision in tool- and mould-making.

1988

Adamer Werkzeugbau is founded in Bussnang. The company specialises in high-precision tools.

1996

Innotool AG takes over Adamer Werkzeugbau, laying the foundation for the future company Innotool & Greminger. Innotool AG achieves international recognition for its orthopaedic implants, medical instruments and high-precision mechanical parts.

2005

In order to meet the increasing demands placed on contract manufacturers / suppliers, Innotool AG is certified according to ISO 9001 and 13485 for the first time.

2011

Innotool AG and Greminger AG merge to create the new company Innotool & Greminger AG. Thanks to this merger, the company is able to make the best possible use of synergies and provide customers with a more comprehensive service. Specialist areas such as medical technology and aerospace technology become the new, common focus of the company.

2012

Innotool & Greminger registers products with the FDA (U.S. Food & Drug Administration) for the first time.

2015

Traceability and efficient processes are now crucial for SMEs that want to remain successful in the long term. A new, modern ERP system is introduced in the form of SAP Business One – a system that meets the needs of SMEs.

2016

Our 20-year anniversary and the year that the new website www.innotool.ch goes live.

2017

Extension of the surface finishing department with an electropolishing process. Investment in a robot cell for plastics machining.
